How it works

1) Book online to over the phone

Our valet drivers come to your home or office to pick up your car, or we arrange for a tow. We'll text you when we arrive.

2) Pre-appointment confirmation

You’ll receive a text and email to confirm your appointment.

3) We pick up your car (or tow, or you can drop it off)

We can retrieve your car a few different ways. If your car is driveable, we’ll send you a text when our valet is on the way to pick it up.

If your car is NOT driveable, but just needs a spare tire put on to get it to the shop - give us a call or let us know you need a Roda Rescue.

If your car isn’t driveable and the tire issue is more complex, we can help you arrange a tow through your insurance, AAA, or with one of our towing partners.

4) Track your car to the shop

If your car is being driven back to our shop by one of our Roda Runners, you’ll receive a link to track their progress as your vehicle makes its way there. If it’s being towed, your Client Experience Manager (CEM) will text you to let you know when it’s arrived.

5) Review your digital inspection report

Our technician will perform a multi-point inspection, and you’ll receive a digital report via text. Review the videos of your vehicle and the recommendations by your technician to make an informed decision about your car’s repairs and maintenance needs. Then approve or defer services and the team will get to work on your vehicle.

6) We do the work

Maintenance, repairs, and detailing are all completed by our expert technicians in our local facility. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

7) We perform a complimentary light clean

A quick rinse and one last “once over” by our team, and your vehicle is ready to make its way back to you.

8) Receive and pay your invoice online

We’ll send you a text with a link to digitally pay your invoice - or, if you’d prefer, give us a call to pay over the phone.

9) Confirm your return valet

We’ll let you know when we’re ready to schedule your return valet and confirm the timing works for you and the best location for drop-off.

10) Meet your valet driver

As with pick-up, your valet will be dispatched to return your vehicle with the same tracking technology that gives you peace of mind the whole way home.

Had a tire issue over the holidays which is never fun. Deion and the service advisors were great and made sure I got my car back right before Christmas. Have used this service couple times before and have referred my family and friends to them. Also love the complimentary pick up and drop up so I do not have to wait around at a dealership all day. All around great easy way to get a car serviced from the comfort of your own home!

Frequently Asked Tire Questions

Proper air pressure is vital to keeping your tires whole, and your car balanced. Air leaks can be caused by a puncture, or fluctuations in temperature that change the volume of air within your tire. You may be able to identify a puncture like a nail or other obstruction, in which case our team can assist you in patching and plugging the leak. Proper air pressure for most passenger vehicles is between 30-35 psi, but you can refer to the decal located within the frame of your driver’s side door to confirm what’s appropriate based on your vehicle’s class.

You may have heard or previously received a “tire rotation and balancing” service. This ensures that your tires are wearing evenly, helping you extend the life of your tires and stay safer on the road.

If your car is pulling to the left or right rather than straight ahead, that’s typically a sign you’re overdue for an alignment. Over time, your tires may wear in a particular pattern (one side more than another) or begin to tilt inward or outward depending on the weight distribution in your vehicle, quality of your tires, and the roads you commonly drive. Regular alignments not only help your tires last longer, but they can help prevent accidents and prevent costly suspension repair. Also, this is an easy maintenance step that improves your overall fuel economy. When your car is out of alignment, it can cause unnecessary resistance in the powertrain and requires the engine to work harder to maintain a consistent speed.

From Michelin to Pirelli, we use the same supplier networks as most commercial dealerships and should have no problem getting high-quality tires at the size and tread depth you need. Ask us if you have any questions about what kind of tires your car may need, or if it’s worth it to get snow tires or a specific brand depending on seasonal conditions.
