How Roda's auto repair works

Yes! We provide complimentary pick-up and delivery from your home or office within about 15 miles of our service center in Rockville. 

There is NO mark-up for services provided during valet appointments. The prices are the same whether we do the driving or you drop-off and pick-up your vehicle. We offer below-market prices on standard maintenance like oil changes and competitive rates on all major repairs (importantly, with transparency and pre-approval on all repairs!).

Plus, you have the ultimate protection: if you choose not to have any work done, we’ll return the car to you without charge. Here are more details on pricing.

We offer an additional rescue service where our valet can assist with a jumpstart or tire fix, or can help arrange a tow. Just call if it’s an emergency, or mention the need to add a rescue when you book. (Bonus: AAA Members can save an additional 10% off services up to $75.) 

Roda services all vehicle makes and models. We have technicians trained in both domestic and foreign manufacturers, so you can be confident that our mechanics can tackle any maintenance or repair. 

Our hours of operation are: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 6pm, Saturday 8am - 4pm. We are closed on Sundays. 

The amount of time your car will be in the shop will depend on the repair or maintenance service you choose, but we are able to return most vehicles same day. If you need your car back by a certain time, let us know when you make an appointment and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Initial diagnosis is complimentary with maintenance and repair service. You’re always in the driver’s seat: If you decide to not proceed with any service during your visit, you will be charged a $100 diagnosis fee for our professional evaluation and time. Just getting a detailing service? This doesn't apply to you.

If we tow your vehicle to the Roda shop and you decide not to move forward with any repairs, you can opt to have your vehicle returned with Roda's tow truck for $75, you can find your own tow, or you can agree to pay a $35 per day storage fee. 

We'll never charge you if nothing is wrong with your car, even if we have performed an initial diagnosis and/or tow. Learn more about our policy here.

We get it: Schedules change. To ensure we can continue to provide reliable service for all our clients, we ask that you please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
