We get it: Schedules change. To ensure we can continue to provide reliable service for all our clients, we ask that you please let us know if you need to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee

Booking a same-day appointment? If your plans change, let us know as soon as possible so we can help you rebook to avoid a cancellation fee.

Will I be charged a cancellation fee if I reschedule?

No, you will not be charged a cancellation fee if you reschedule your appointment. You can reschedule online in your Virtual Garage or call us.

What if I have a Roda Plan or am a Roda Fleet client?

If you have a Roda Plan or if you are a Roda Fleet client, we won’t charge you a cancellation fee. But we’d still really appreciate the heads up!

What if I have an emergency?

Emergencies happen. If you have a last-minute issue, please contact us and we’ll work with you.

Diagnosis & Towing Policy

As part of our commitment to providing the easiest, most convenient, magical auto repair experience, we proudly offer complimentary initial diagnosis and towing to our facility. However, to ensure we can continue offering this premium service, please note the following update:

Diagnosis

If you proceed with any recommended repairs, the diagnosis and towing remain 100% free. If you decide not to move forward with any repairs, you agree to pay a single diagnosis charge for our technicians’ professional evaluation. Our Basic Diagnosis Fee is $75 and our Comprehensive Diagnosis Fee (requires diagnostic tools) is $150. (Just getting a detail? This doesn't apply to you!)

Towing

If we tow your vehicle to the Roda shop and you decide not to move forward with any repairs, you can opt to have your vehicle returned with Roda's tow truck for $75, you can find your own tow, or you can agree to pay a $35 per day storage fee. 

We'll never charge you if nothing is wrong with your car, even if we have performed an initial diagnosis and/or tow.

Do you charge an initial diagnosis fee?

Initial diagnosis is complimentary with service. We only charge a fee if you opt out of any service.

What if I decide not to have any services performed on my car? How much is the fee?

Initial diagnosis is complimentary with service. You’re always in the driver’s seat: If you decide to not proceed with any service during your visit, you will be charged a diagnosis fee for our professional evaluation and time. Our Basic Diagnosis Fee is $75 and our Comprehensive Diagnosis Fee (requires diagnostic tools) is $150.

What if I booked a detailing service? Is there a diagnosis or fee?

If you're just having a detailing service for your car, this doesn't apply to you.

What if I have my car towed and decide not to have any services performed on my car? How much is the fee?
