
Roda provides a limited warranty on parts and labor provided by Roda for 12 months or 12,000 miles driven from the service date, whichever comes first. We will replace parts provided by us that do not work as they should. If an issue occurs within this window and is related to work we performed, we will inspect and correct it at no cost to you.
What's not covered:
The warranty does not cover any wear and tear caused by use of the vehicle after the service, such as damage caused by road hazards or normal driving conditions (i.e. running over a nail, pothole damage, or other external tire damage). It also doesn't include damage or lack of utility caused by subsequent work done on the vehicle by anyone other than a Roda employee, or any part not provided by us.

We get it: Schedules change. To ensure we can continue to provide reliable service for all our clients, we ask that you please let us know if you need to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

No, you will not be charged a cancellation fee if you reschedule your appointment. You can reschedule online in your Virtual Garage or call us.
If you have RodaCare, a Roda Plan, or if you are a Roda Fleet client, we won’t charge you a cancellation fee. But we’d still really appreciate the heads up!

As part of our commitment to providing the easiest, most convenient, magical auto repair experience, we proudly offer complimentary initial diagnosis and towing to our facility. However, to ensure we can continue offering this premium service, please note the following update:
Diagnosis
If you proceed with any recommended repairs, the diagnosis and towing remain 100% free. If you decide not to move forward with any repairs, you agree to pay a single $100 diagnosis charge for our technicians’ professional evaluation. (Just getting a detail? This doesn't apply to you!)
Towing
If we tow your vehicle to the Roda shop and you decide not to move forward with any repairs, you can opt to have your vehicle returned Roda's tow truck for $75 (most vehicles) or with a flatbed tow provider for $250 (4-wheel-drive SUVs or vehicles over 10,000 lbs.); you can find your own tow; or you can agree to pay a $35 per day storage fee.
We'll never charge you if nothing is wrong with your car, even if we have performed an initial diagnosis and/or tow.
Initial diagnosis is complimentary with service. We only charge a fee if you opt out of any service.
