1) PRE-APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
You’ll receive a text and email to confirm your appointment.
2) WE PICK UP YOUR CAR
If your car is drivable, we’ll send you a text when our valet is on the way to pick it up.
If your car is NOT drivable, but just needs a battery jump or spare tire put on to get it to the shop - give us a call or let us know you need a Roda Rescue.
3) TRACK YOUR CAR TO THE SHOP
If your car is being driven back to our shop by one of our Roda Runners, you’ll receive a link to track their progress as your vehicle makes its way there. Your Client Experience Manager (CEM) will text you to let you know when it’s arrived.
4) RECEIVE A DIGITAL INSPECTION REPORT
You’ll receive a digital inspection report via a link to your very own Virtual Garage. Review the videos of your vehicle and the recommendations by your technician to make an informed decision about your car’s repairs and maintenance needs.
5) APPROVE/DEFER SERVICES
With the click of a button, approve or defer each recommended service. Initial diagnosis is complimentary with service. You’re always in the driver’s seat: If you decide to not proceed with any service during your visit, you will be charged a diagnosis fee for our professional evaluation and time. Our Basic Diagnosis Fee is $75 and our Comprehensive Diagnosis Fee (requires diagnostic tools) is $150. Learn more about our pricing.
6) WE DO THE WORK & PERFORM A COMPLIMENTARY LIGHT CLEAN
Maintenance, repairs, and detailing are all completed by our expert technicians in our local facility. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way. A quick rinse and one last “once over” by our team, and your vehicle is ready to make its way back to you.
7) RECEIVE AND PAY YOUR DIGITAL INVOICE
We’ll send you a text with a link to digitally pay your invoice - or, if you’d prefer, give us a call to pay over the phone.
8) CONFIRM YOUR RETURN VALET
We’ll let you know when we’re ready to schedule your return valet and confirm the timing works for you and the best location for drop-off.
9) TRACK YOUR CAR BACK TO YOU!
As with pick-up, your valet will be dispatched to return your vehicle with the same tracking technology that gives you peace of mind the whole way home.
10) ACCESS YOUR VIRTUAL GARAGE
Once your appointment is complete, stay in touch! Your personal virtual garage holds all the information about previous visits, your vehicle's needs, and gives you one-stop access to scheduling appointments and communicating with our team.

We meet you where you are. At home, at school, at your office. We can pick-up at one location, and return to a different location should you choose so long as it's still within our service area. *
Our valet is dispatched to you, and you can track them both en route to you, and to our dedicated service center.

We repair your car
We do the services you schedule/request, and you approve EVERYTHING line-by-line, before we do the work, within your digital inspection report that comes via text message or email.
We provide photos, videos, and a relationship with the mechanics actually doing the work. (Also, a 12 month/12,000 mile guarantee on all work performed.)

We drop off your car
We meet you where you are, again. You can track your return valet just as you did with the journey to the shop. You need your vehicle back by a specific time? Just ask when you book. Same-day or Saturday appointments? Yeah, we do that.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the valet service really free?
Yes! We provide complimentary pick-up and delivery from your home or office within about 15 miles of our service center in Rockville.
How do I know if i’m getting a reasonable price?
There is NO mark-up for services provided during valet appointments. The prices are the same whether we do the driving or you drop-off and pick-up your vehicle. We offer below-market prices on standard maintenance like oil changes and competitive rates on all major repairs (importantly, with transparency and pre-approval on all repairs!).

What if my car won't start, or has a flat tire?
We offer an additional rescue service where our valet can assist with a jumpstart or tire fix, or can help arrange a tow. Just call if it’s an emergency, or mention the need to add a rescue when you book. (Bonus: AAA Members can save an additional 10% off services up to $75.)
