The most convenient way to get your car repaired

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
- Be ready for a text or call to confirm your appointment the day before. We wait until you confirm before sending a valet driver (Roda Runner) or tow truck to pick up your vehicle.
- We aim to have your car in and out and efficiently as possible. When you book, you'll see how long the service itself usually takes. When estimating how long your appointment might take, factor in travel time to and from the shop, the number and nature of your requested services, possible wait time at the shop, and any parts we might need to order. For a stress-free experience, we recommend planning your service for a day without time-sensitive commitments. We know how important it is to have access to your car. If you are concerned about your appointment timing, let us know; we can reschedule you for another day.

DAY OF APPOINTMENT
- Track the valet driver coming to pick up your car via the link we text you. Let us know if there are any special pickup instructions (i.e. a gate code). Our Roda Runner will be wearing a Roda uniform and ID badge, so you can confidently hand over your keys.
✅ What you need to do: Be ready to hand off your keys. You’ll receive a link to track your car's progress to the shop.
WHEN YOUR CAR'S AT THE SHOP
- Your car will be assigned to a Client Care Advisor, who will text you to let you know when it’s arrived. We will start your appointment when a technician and bay becomes available, depending on the services you requested and the volume of cars in the shop,
- First, we inspect your vehicle and send you an inspection report with photos and videos. Inspection is free! (Note: We don’t perform these for detail-only appointments.)
✅ What you need to do: You review the inspection report and approve or decline recommended work.
- 💡 Good to know: We will not perform any work without your approval. To help guide your decision-making, the inspection report includes pricing and links to learn more about what each service entails, including an estimate of how much time it will take to complete. If you decide not to move forward with any service, a $100 diagnosis fee covers our technician's evaluation and time. This does not apply to detailing-only visits.
- Next, our technicians will get to work on your approved services. We'll keep you in the loop along the way — and give your car a complimentary light wash when we're all done.
✅ What you need to do: Review and pay your invoice. We'll text you a link to pay online, or you can call us to pay over the phone. Easy.

- We’ll return your car. We'll confirm the timing and drop-off spot that works best for you, then send your driver — with real-time tracking so you know exactly when to expect it.
- Our Virtual Garage has all the notes you’ll need. After your visit, your Virtual Garage keeps a full history of your car's service, flags upcoming needs, and makes it easy to book your next appointment or reach our team anytime.

We meet you where you are. At home, at school, at your office. We can pick-up at one location, and return to a different location should you choose so long as it's still within our service area. *
Our valet is dispatched to you, and you can track them both en route to you, and to our dedicated service center.

We repair your car
We do the services you schedule/request, and you approve EVERYTHING line-by-line, before we do the work, within your digital inspection report that comes via text message or email.
We provide photos, videos, and a relationship with the mechanics actually doing the work. (Also, a 12 month/12,000 mile guarantee on all work performed.)

We drop off your car
We meet you where you are, again. You can track your return valet just as you did with the journey to the shop. You need your vehicle back by a specific time? Just ask when you book. Same-day or Saturday appointments? Yeah, we do that.

Yes! We provide complimentary pick-up and delivery from your home or office within about 15 miles of our service center in Rockville.
There is NO mark-up for services provided during valet appointments. The prices are the same whether we do the driving or you drop-off and pick-up your vehicle. We offer below-market prices on standard maintenance like oil changes and competitive rates on all major repairs (importantly, with transparency and pre-approval on all repairs!).
Plus, you have the ultimate protection: if you choose not to have any work done, we’ll return the car to you without charge. Here are more details on pricing.
We offer an additional rescue service where our valet can assist with a jumpstart or tire fix, or can help arrange a tow. Just call if it’s an emergency, or mention the need to add a rescue when you book. (Bonus: AAA Members can save an additional 10% off services up to $75.)
Initial diagnosis is complimentary with maintenance and repair service. You’re always in the driver’s seat: If you decide to not proceed with any service during your visit, you will be charged a diagnosis fee for our professional evaluation and time. Our Basic Diagnosis Fee is $75 and our Comprehensive Diagnosis Fee (requires diagnostic tools) is $150. (Just getting a detail? This doesn't apply to you.) View our Diagnosis & Towing Policy.
We get it: Schedules change. To ensure we can continue to provide reliable service for all our clients, we ask that you please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
