Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I have my tires balanced?
About once every 6 months, but also anytime you need to replace a single tire or set of tires. Tires are suggested to be rotated every 6-7k miles. Tire balance is recommended anytime when tires are replaced, dismounted from the rim and reinstalled, or may be recommended as a repair effort if there is a vibration present while driving.
Is mounting & balancing the same as getting an alignment?
No. These are different services, an alignment is a more complex process that ensures your wheels are oriented at manufacturer recommended angles.
“Hands down the best car customer care service I have ever utilized! I'm so happy for my decision to trust them for my recent car repair needs. Car trouble never comes at a convenient time, so when I was very stressed and frustrated to have received two flat tires on my vehicle they made the process as easy and convenient as possible. Their car valet service is excellent! Gave me a ride back from the shop and delivered my vehicle to my home within only a few hours. When I had additional questions and concerns about another issue I wanted checked out, they pulled my car back in to give it a second look without any hesitation or hassle. I had an especially pleasant experience with my advisor, Michael, and also my technician, Francisco. Clear and concise communication throughout the whole process and it's clear these people really care about delivering the quality service to meet all your expectations.”
