Why Estimates May Vary
$198 - $405 with RodaCare
$220 - $450
Our goal is full transparency — pricing may vary based on:
- Preferred tire quality (we can upgrade or downgrade tire quality based on client preference)
- Tire size and type (larger or low-profile tires take more time and precision)
- Wheel design (premium or specialty rims require extra care and protection)
- Tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) (vehicles with sensors may need additional handling or resets)
We’ll always provide an exact quote after inspection — no surprises, ever.

⚠️ What happens if you skip it? ⚠️
An unbalanced or improperly mounted tire can cause vibration, uneven tread wear, and added strain on steering and suspension components — leading to reduced safety and comfort.
How This is Done
We use precision equipment and trained technicians to ensure every tire is installed and balanced perfectly.
1. Inspect Tire and Wheel
Check for damage, debris, and proper sizing.
2. Mount Tire on Wheel
Professional machinery prevents rim scratches and bead damage.
3. Balance Tire
A digital balancer distributes weight evenly for vibration-free driving.
4. TPMS Reset (if needed)
Tire pressure sensors are recalibrated for accuracy.
5. Final Check
Inflation, balance, and installation are verified before returning the vehicle.

Rated 5-stars by hundreds of DC-area drivers
“Roda was a great service. I hit a pothole and had a blow out. They came and picked the car up downtown, fixed it, and dropped it back at my house. I'll definitely check them out again.”
- DAVE W.Do all new tires need to be balanced?
Yes. Every tire must be balanced after installation to prevent vibration and ensure even tread wear.
How often should tires be rebalanced?
About once every 6 months, but also anytime you need to replace a single tire or set of tires. Tires are suggested to be rotated every 6-7k miles. Tire balance is recommended anytime when tires are replaced, dismounted from the rim and reinstalled, or may be recommended as a repair effort if there is a vibration present while driving.
Is mounting & balancing the same as getting an alignment?
No. These are different services, an alignment is a more complex process that ensures your wheels are oriented at manufacturer recommended angles.
Do you use touchless mounting equipment?
Yes. We use advanced, rim-safe machines to protect wheels during installation.
Can unbalanced tires damage my car?
Yes. Long-term imbalance can stress suspension parts and cause uneven tire wear.
What does the Roda warranty cover?
All services are backed by our Roda 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty, covering both parts and labor for your peace of mind.
