Do I need to be a RodaCare member to book a service?

No, anyone is welcome to book a service. RodaCare members save on every service with 20% off maintenance and detailing and 10% off repairs. If you decide you want to sign up for RodaCare during your appointment, our team would be happy to set that up for you!

Wait, do RodaCare members really get a discount on everything?

Yes! How easy was that?

What’s the advantage of having a RodaCare membership?

Besides car care made easier than ever? Let’s break it down. One year of RodaCare is $150. Let’s say you stay on top of the basics with two oil changes. You get one free with your membership (that’s $0) + get 20% off the next one (we charge $80 for a sedan, $90 for an SUV, so that’s $64 to $72 for you), that’s about $90 in oil change savings off the bat. Add in literally anything else your car might need over the course of the year, and you’ve recouped your investment. Conservatively, clients spend at least $500 a year on car care, so with the 20% discount you’d save at least $100 after your free $80 oil change. The math is mathing!

How do I book RodaCare membership services?

We can’t wait to have you in the shop, either! Once you've signed up for RodaCare, you can visit roda.com or give us a call to get on the books. Create a profile or log into your Virtual Garage to see discounts applied as you book. Not logged in? No worries—all RodaCare discounts will be applied to your invoice.

I have more than one car. How does RodaCare work for me?

RodaCare membership is vehicle-specific, meaning it's just for one car. If you want RodaCare for multiple cars, you must purchase a RodaCare membership for each vehicle.

Can I give the gift of RodaCare membership?

Roda Membership FAQs

I’m trying to book services with my RodaCare membership but I’m not seeing the discount. What gives?

On roda.com, create a profile and log into your Virtual Garage (roda.com/garage) to see discounts applied as you book. Not logged in? No worries—all RodaCare discounts will be applied to your invoice.

Can I use a coupon code or promo code on top of my RodaCare membership discount?

Codes? Where we’re going, we don’t need… codes. RodaCare offers members deals on every service so no promo codes can be applied in addition to RodaCare.

How can I switch from Roda Plans to RodaCare?

We can help with that. Just send us a note to memberships@roda.com and we'll walk you through the process for your specific Roda Plan.

What if I have Roda Blue, Roda Chrome, Roda Leather, or Roda Ultimate?

We’ve got you. If you have Roda Blue, Roda Chrome, Roda Leather, or Roda Ultimate, your plan will remain as-is until the end of your membership term, at which time you may opt to sign up for RodaCare.

I love my Roda Plan the way it is. Why are you changing them?

RodaCare takes the best of Roda Plans and simplifies it into one offering you can personalize to your car’s needs.

Can I transfer my RodaCare membership to another vehicle?

Yes. Membership may be transferred during the plan period with proof of change in ownership of the vehicle in question. Please reach out to us at memberships@roda.com and we’ll help you with this one!

How do I cancel my membership?

If you’re not completely thrilled with your Roda Plan or RodaCare membership, we’d love to hear your feedback. To cancel your membership, email us at memberships@roda.com with your license plate number and the email address you used when registering for the program, and we’ll take care of you. Your membership cancellation will be effective as of the end of the term. Membership fees are fully refundable until first use of benefits. Once benefits are utilized, fees are non-refundable.
