We inspect the system or issue in question, verify the previous shop’s findings, and explain whether the repair is needed — or if there’s a simpler solution.
Do you need the other shop’s estimate?
Sharing a copy of the original quote helps us understand what was tested, what’s recommended, and what to verify.
Will you match or beat the other quote?
If the diagnosis and repair scope are the same, we’ll always give you a fair, transparent price — often at a better value.
Is this just another diagnostic fee?
No. If you approve the repair with us, we credit the $100 diagnostic toward your service.
Do you check for everything again?
We focus on the area or concern from your original quote. If we find related issues, we’ll let you know — but we never recommend unnecessary repairs.
What does the Roda warranty cover?
